How to import a PST file into Microsoft Outlook

Use the accordion below to select your version of Microsoft Outlook

  1. Select File from Top Navigation tabs
  2. Select Open > Import

  3. Select “Import from another program or file” and select Next

  4. Select “Export to a file” and then select Next
  5. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and select Next
  6. Select Browse, choose your saved Outlook Data File (.pst) and select Next
  7. Import options will appear.  Select Finish to proceed with the default options

 

  1. Select the File menu > Import and Export
  2. Select “Import from another program or file” and then select Next
  3. Select Personal Folders File (.pst) and then select Next
  4. Select Browse, choose your saved Personal Folders File (.pst) and select Next
  5. Select Browse and select where you want to save the Personal Folders File (.pst). Enter a file name and select OK to continue
  6. Import options will appear.  Select Finish to proceed with the default options

 

NB: If you have multiple accounts, repeat steps for each account
