How to import a PST file into Microsoft Outlook
Use the accordion below to select your version of Microsoft Outlook
- Select File from Top Navigation tabs
- Select Open > Import
- Select “Import from another program or file” and select Next
- Select “Export to a file” and then select Next
- Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and select Next
- Select Browse, choose your saved Outlook Data File (.pst) and select Next
- Import options will appear. Select Finish to proceed with the default options
- Select the File menu > Import and Export
- Select “Import from another program or file” and then select Next
- Select Personal Folders File (.pst) and then select Next
- Select Browse, choose your saved Personal Folders File (.pst) and select Next
- Select Browse and select where you want to save the Personal Folders File (.pst). Enter a file name and select OK to continue
- Import options will appear. Select Finish to proceed with the default options
NB: If you have multiple accounts, repeat steps for each account
