How To View Shared Resource Calendars In Outlook

This article pertains to Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013

  1. Open MS Outlook
  2. Navigate to Calendars (2nd icon at the bottom of left-hand pane)
  3. Right Click on Other Calendars or Shared Calendars
  4. Select Add Calendar Open Shared Calendar

  5. Type the name of the Calendar if you know it and click OK, or use the Name… button to select from the Global Address List

Note: You can create your own Calendar Group headings by right clicking existing Calendar groups like My Calendars and selecting New Calendar Group e.g. Meeting Rooms, Pool Cars etc.
